Will not start
Check that the cup is attached correctly, the battery is charged and you are following the operating instructions. Never bypass a safety interlock.

Does not blend well
Switch off and wait for the blades to stop. Reduce the quantity, cut soft fruit smaller and add liquid. Keep hands and utensils away from the blades.
Will not charge
Check for a dry, clean port and an undamaged cable. Use only power supplies matching the rating label. Stop if there is heat, odour or damage.
Leakage or damage
Stop use. Without touching the blades, check that the cup and seal are seated correctly. Do not use cracked parts or open the electrical base.
