We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Germany. Delivery costs €4.95 and is free for orders of €50 or more. The full amount is shown before payment. All amounts are in euros.
Delivery & orders
Complete your order through a secure Stripe checkout page. Stripe collects your delivery details and shows the total before payment. Orders outside the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Germany cannot be completed.
After your order
Thank you for ordering from Tigemi. After successful payment, we start processing your order and work to deliver it as soon as possible. Delivery time depends on destination and availability. Call us before ordering if you need your blender by a specific date.
14-day cooling-off period
For an online consumer purchase, you can generally withdraw within 14 days of receipt. Notify the seller clearly. After withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the item.
Refunds
For a full withdrawal, the purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost are refunded. Additional costs for a premium delivery option are excluded. A refund may be withheld until the item or proof of return is received.
Arrange a return
Call Tigemi to arrange a return and receive the correct return address and instructions. You can also use the withdrawal form. Do not return a parcel to an address on supplier packaging without checking first.
