Your statutory rights
A product must meet reasonable expectations. Your statutory consumer rights apply to faults or non-conformity. A commercial warranty does not limit these rights.
If something is wrong
Stop use if the appliance leaks, is damaged, overheats or smells unusual. Disconnect the charging cable if safe to do so. Do not open the battery or motor base. Note what happened and keep your proof of purchase.
Describe a complaint
Include your order number, purchase date, the issue and the solution you would like. Add clear photos if helpful. Never send payment-card details or passwords. Use the seller’s contact details on your proof of purchase.
